Quality Assurance Analyst / Tester

We are looking for a QA Tester with experience creating, maintaining, and running workflow testing within our IT team. This position will be part of the continued development of our EMR applications, services, and underlying data. This entails testing application upgrades and workflow components to help ensure consistency and quality of the system. In addition, this person will also be completing IT documentation and reviews.

Responsibilities:

Test all features and functionalities of the Allscripts EMR application for sustainability and efficacy
Document test cases
Create & Perform test plans
Record test progress and results
Identify and track defects during testing
Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
Drive innovation and streamline the overall testing processes
Create and maintain IT documentation in share drives and user management
Other duties as assigned
