What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
The most inspiring part of my job is connecting worthwhile individuals with incredible opportunities that can jumpstart their professional life and put them in a position where upward mobility, financial/professional security, and a renewed sense of purpose are all legitimate possibilities. There is no greater joy than connecting a candidate who is down on their luck and discouraged by the process of obtaining employment and presenting them an opportunity, sometimes right in their own backyard, that turns the proverbial "lights on" and turns that frown upside down. Smiles are the best currency and are accepted everywhere!

When I was 5, I was pretty sure I'd be a plastic surgeon or an on-air personality when I grew up....Don't ask.
