Scheduler job in Miami Temp to Hire

Scheduler

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering telephones
• Preparing patient files
• Greeting patients
• Collecting payments
• Scheduling appointments
• End of day cash register reconciliation
• Maintaining office organization
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Making appointment reminder telephone calls

Requirements:

• EMR experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must be able to type around 60 WPM. 
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be comfortable multitasking and working in a high volume environment
• Must be detailed oriented and organized
• Strong problem solving skills
• Works well in a team setting
• Works well under pressure and in a busy office environment
• Is a quick learner
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction and maximum accountability

Location: Miami, FL 

Rate: $15 HR 

Schedule: M-F 9am-4pm

Bilingual: Required English and Spanish or French/Creole
