Patient Access Representative
This position reports to the Patient Access Supervisor. Supports Director and other members of the Health Center staff. Interaction with students and other users, including internal customers. Provide information to students; interact with medical practitioners and outside medical offices, both in person and through telephone contact, serving as a liaison of the health center's medical providers and administrative personnel. Organize front desk work, use independent judgement; coordinate assignments/projects; review outgoing materials and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
Medical Front Office experience or Registration in a Hospital would be ideal. A friendly personality. Quiet and works well with students. Good customer service skills. Excellent attention to details. Familiar with medical terminology. Basic computer skills are required as well.

Bilingual Not Required – Speak perfect English –must be articulate
