Assists staff with special projects and organizes meetings, conferences and other special events as required.
Composing/typing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, letters, memorandum, and other documents. Prepares meeting minutes and other sensitive documents.
Facilitates the planning, organization and activities of the staff to ensure efficient and effective work flow coordination.
Performs all other delegated duties such as copying, scanning, filing, faxing, and other special projects as set forth by the staff.
Provides direct support to the staff in greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling and maintaining calendars, coordinating travel arrangements.
Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls for the company. Answers inquiries concerning activities & operations for each department. Schedules & coordinates meetings.
Manage the company switchboard. Answer the main company line. Assist customers with company products use related questions.
Minimum Job Requirements
High school education or equivalent.
Two to three years of Administrative Assistant or Secretarial experience required.
Must be able to handle multiple assignments, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Must have demonstrated abilities in prioritizing, successfully handling multiple concurrent tasks, strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and working in a team environment.
Must have the ability to work independently and flexibly with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
Requires the ability to communicate verbally in writing and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
